1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are only applicable for defective or damaged products.

  • The return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

2. Return Process

  • Customers must report defects or damages within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide images/videos as proof of damage.

  • Once approved, the customer will be guided on the return process.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

3. Refund Process

  • If a return is approved by Backdropindia, refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees for returns will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom designs and personalized products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted.
